FAQ: Can I view my calls online?

Yes, Aries customers automatically receive access to the AriesOnline account management tool. Just go to My Account Online. This customized tool allows you to compare and track your spending month to month, analyze your calling patterns by destination, date or even call duration!



FAQ: How long does it take to activate my Aries Network Service?

It can take anywhere between 3 and 10 business days to have your long distance service switched to Aries Network, Inc. You may have carrier choice protection on your phone number, which prevents your phone service from being switched to another company without your authorization. If you have any such protection, you will need to contact your local phone company and request the block to be removed.

To confirm that you have been switched to Aries Network service, dial toll-free 1-(700)-555-4141 from your home phone. If you hear "Welcome to Aries Network Long Distance Services," your long distance service is active.



FAQ: How much does it cost to make an International call?

The cost of International calls vary depending on what country you are calling. You can check Aries Network’s low International calling rates Aries with a simple click on the rates icon within each product.



FAQ: Can I enroll for AriesOnline billing and continue to receive a paper bill?

AriesOnline billing lets you view all of your calls, even before you are billed. However, Aries will still send you an itemized bill of all calls made within your billing cycle.



FAQ: What about technical support?

For technical support, call our service center at 1 (800) 244-9669. We will ask you to provide some specific information to help us locate the cause of the problem. That may include, the number you are dialing from, the number you are calling to, the time you placed the call and the problem you are experiencing. Our technicians will investigate and troubleshoot any problem in the fastest time possible.
